Lasalé brings together a scientific committee, an orientation committee and members contributing to various research projects and scientific activities. The members participate, each depending on their availability, in the activities organized collectively.

The scientific committee draws up the strategic plan in order to prioritize actions. It is also responsible for the operational functioning of the laboratory.
This committee is made up of members of the scientific council and representatives from the socio-educational field.
Members are researchers, child protection professionals, members of various associations, families, and political and civic actors.
