After completing studies in the field of organizational support and intervention, adult education and educational psychology, Marco Allenbach is now an associate professor at HEP specializing in personalized and collective support mechanisms.
His research work mainly focuses on the changing roles of school stakeholders (special needs education teachers, social workers, nurses, mediators, school psychologists, speech therapists, etc.), on processes that foster interprofessional cooperation, as well as the organization of resources intended to support the development of the practice of stakeholders and ordinary teachers.
