“I fundamentally believe that collective school models – intended to guarantee equal opportunities or educational governance – have now reached their limits. The teaching relationship is first and foremost the story of an encounter and the creation of bonds within a prescribed environment. The children or adolescents, as any of us would, expect to be acknowledged and respected in their social and personal reality before subscribing to the school project and its inevitable constraints. Let us learn, above all, to perceive as individuals the rich and complex people who hide behind the students and let's converge with them to face up to the current academic challenge. ”
After twenty years in secondary education and a career punctuated by numerous training courses, such as in the science and practices in education, Luc Lambert worked for 3 and a half years at HEP as a study advisor for master's students studying secondary education. At the same time, he was the coordinator for administrative records of the academic Service. Since 2014, he has been deputy director of the Unité de ressources socio-pédagagiques [socio-educational resources Unit] of CFPS Le Repuis. In addition, since early 2018, he has been a member of Lasalé's orientation committee.
