Profile
After studies in sociolinguistics and education, I have been a professor at various universities abroad, in Canada and Australia.
Research
Drawing on a wide range of research and theories at the crossroads of didactics, the analysis of interactions, and that of movements, my work aims to promote educational alliances, particularly with regards to the schooling of students with special educational needs. I am interested in professional teaching communities, in the change in practices, in the roles and activities of families and communities, as well as in teaching pedagogies that meet the needs of all students – such as universal design for learning for example. Empirically, I use qualitative, creative methods as well as non-directive analysis of video material.
